Thank you for your interest in working with American Design & Build, LLC.
During our initial consultation we ask a lot of questions and listen very carefully to your answers. We may also ask you to send us rough sketches of your remodeling ideas along with a land survey or site plan. If this is agreeable, we will schedule a meeting at the proposed site and develop a complete understanding of your goals and priorities. A realistic investment range will be set, based on our 40+ years of experience in the industry.
By the end of this first meeting, we should be able to determine if working together is a good fit. If so, we will sign a design/build agreement with you based on your investment range. If you choose to use our services beyond the design stage, 50% of those design fees will be credited back to you upon final payment of the project.
We are based in the Atlanta area but have projects throughout the Southeast.
